You can get weapons from raids, missions, and using tokens. Basic tokens get you 1 and 2 star weapons, with 3 star weapons being a rare drop.

Elite weapon tokens get you 3 star weapons, with 4 star weapons being a rare drop.

You can get 4 star weapons as a rare drop from area 12 (woods NE) onwards.
